Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Shift Engineer (Multi-Skilled / Electrical Bias) Shifts (2-Week Rotation) Salary: £53,415.75 A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer, ideally with an electrical bias, to work in a fast-paced production environment. Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 15:00 Week 2: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 02:00The Role: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipment Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and reliability Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standardsRequirements: Multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical competencies Experience within a manufacturing or production environment (food industry desirable but not essential) Ability to fault find on a range of automated machinery Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent) Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat's on Offer: Competitive salary of £53,415.75 Structured shift pattern with no weekend work Stable and supportive working environment Opportunities for training and developmentIf you're a motivated engineer looking for your next challenge in a dynamic environment, this could be the ideal role for you, click apply
