Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established and highly regarded project and cost management consultancy in Central London is seeking a motivated and career-driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a collaborative Quantity Surveying team delivering cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout London and the South East. Sectors include residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public sector developments. Day to day, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support senior team members with cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, valuations, variations, and final accounts. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants. This role offers excellent training, regular client exposure, and a structured pathway towards chartership, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop within a supportive consultancy environment.
