SEND Specialist Tutor Location: Leicestershire Salary: £35,000 - £49,000 per annum (DOE & Qualifications) Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks) | Part-Time Considered Start Date: ASAP / or September starts. Closing Date: 15 July 2026 Luma Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist SEND college to recruit a passionate and dedicated SEND Specialist Tutor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with learning difficulties, communication needs, and additional needs as they progress towards greater independence and adulthood. You will deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes, helping learners develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in education, employment, and daily life.
