Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a well-established secondary school in the Sevenoaks area. This role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and maintaining a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities * Supervise classes using pre-set lesson materials. * Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive atmosphere. * Support students with their learning where appropriate. * Ensure school policies and safeguarding procedures are followed. * Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons. Requirements * Experience working with young people is desirable. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage a classroom confidently and professionally. * A positive and proactive attitude.
