Commercial Gas Engineer

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer / HVAC Technician Salary: £47k per annum Location: M4 A leading facilities management provider is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to support retail and commercial sites across the M4 corridor from Coventry down to Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week Participation in an on-call standby rota (1 week in every 4) Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all associated documentation Respond to callouts and carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding Recommend suitable replacement options for non-repairable faults Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CENWAT, CPA1) F-Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent) 17th or 18th Edition (preferred) Experience in HVAC/Gas across multi-site contracts Full UK Driving Licence Strong customer service and communication skills Benefits Include: Competitive salary + standby allowance Paid Travel Time Company van + fuel card Private medical cover Healthshield cashback plan Pension scheme 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Employee retail and lifestyle discounts Cycle to Work scheme Ongoing training and development This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a supportive and growing team delivering vital building services across theM4 coridoor.
