Job Title: Multi-Trader - Social Housing Adaptations Location: Retford / Worksop Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (with potential for long-term work) Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairs Complete social housing void properties - Kitchen & Bathrooms Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenants Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines Adhere to all health & safety procedures on siteRequirements (Essential): Valid CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) Own vehicle / Tools Qualification or apprenticeship in a primary trade OR NVQ Diploma Immediate start Competitive rates (dependent on experience)If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next opportunity, we encourage you to apply
