Architectural Technician / Architectural Technologist Residential Projects | Planning & Design | Career Progression Are you an Architectural Technician or Technologist feeling undervalued in your current role? Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced and motivated individual to their close-knit team. The Role This is a varied position within a small and collaborative practice where your input will have a direct impact on projects and the wider business. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including: * Site appraisals and feasibility studies * Pre-application and planning submissions * Liaising with planning authorities and stakeholders * Detailed technical drawing packages * Construction and building regulation compliance * Supporting projects through to delivery on site This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to broaden your experience across planning and technical design.
