Electrician Millom (Cumbria) £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance We’re recruiting an Electrician on a permanent basis in Millom – due to the location driving is essential to access the location. Hours (39 per week): * Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 * Friday–Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00 * 1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at +15% of basic salary) As Electrician you will be involved in; * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Fault‑finding, minor works, testing & inspections (BS7671) * Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant and operational * Supporting wider FM duties, including occasional escorting What you’ll need: * Level 2 Electrical qualification * 18th Edition (17th considered with upskilling) * Strong H&S and PPM knowledge * Experience working independently and at heights * Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations What they offer; * Long‑term contract with job security * Free on‑site parking, café and gym access * Excellent training, development and progression opportunities * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Generous pension * Clear routes to Team Leader / Site Manager * Cycle to Work, gym discounts & retail savings
