What You'll Be Doing As an Aspiring Teacher, you'll work closely with teachers and students across the school, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects Delivering targeted interventions to small groups and individual learners Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities Encouraging student engagement and academic progress Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Developing your understanding of teaching, learning, and classroom practice Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for graduates who: Hold a degree in any subject area Are considering a future career in teaching Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn Enjoy working with young people and supporting their development Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential) Why Join Tradewind?
