About the role

Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently recruiting a Conveyancing Legal Administrator to join their team.  The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated property team and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated with residential property Duties for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator role to include: Handling onboarding processes Opening matters on the case management system, AML and compliance checks Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions Arranging appointments Handling telephone calls and enquiries Supporting the post-completion processes and file closing procedures Essential skills for this Conveyancing Legal Administrator: Minimum of 12 months experience in the field of residential property law. Experience of working directly with Partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft office Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation. Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment. Attention to detail is essential. IT literate.
