Are you a recent graduate looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs?

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and highly supportive SEN primary school in the Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education, child development, mental health, and supporting young people with additional needs.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

  • Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.

  • Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Special Educational Needs, Counselling, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related subject.

  • Alternatively, graduates in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Humanities with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people.

  • Patient, resilient, and empathetic.

  • Considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Teaching, Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Services.
