If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a structured and consistent environment.
