Reactive Repairs Manager – Social Housing (Office Based)

The Role We are looking for a Reactive Repairs Manager to take full control of a busy social housing contract. You will manage: Planners / schedulers Daily WIP (Work In Progress) KPI performance Client expectations This is a fast-paced, office-based role managing hundreds of live jobs at any time. Key Responsibilities * Manage and control daily WIP to ensure jobs are completed on time * Lead a team of planners/schedulers allocating works to operatives * Monitor and improve: * First-time fix * No access * Follow-on works * Appointment performance * Drive operative productivity using data and reporting * Manage complaints, disrepair, and damp & mould cases * Act as escalation point for operational and client issues * Attend client meetings and manage performance expectations * Analyse KPIs and take action to improve underperformance Essential Experience (Must Have) * Experience managing reactive repairs in social housing * Experience managing planners/schedulers * Strong experience controlling WIP and job flow * Knowledge of SOR codes / schedule of ratesExperience managing KPI-driven contracts * Experience with * Voids * Disrepair * Damp & mould 👉 Applications without this experience will not be considered.
