About The Job: As the Workplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include: Day to Day Operations:- Own the daily office environment, ensuring everything is in order - Coordinate with landlords, building management, and contractors - Manage repairs and maintenance requests efficiently 🛠️ Organisational Excellence:- Keep meeting rooms and workspaces organised and ready for use - Track office inventory and maintain a smooth reordering system - Ensure new hires have everything they need from day one 🆕 Community and Culture:- Keep communal spaces stocked and welcoming - Organise team lunches, celebrations, and special occasions 🎂 - Collaborate with the People & Culture team for team socials and events System Implementation:- Develop clear processes for ordering and facility requests - Maintain an organised storage space and office inventory system Requirements: Experience in office management or workplace operations desirable!
