REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take full ownership of a regional territory, driving revenue growth through a blend of new business and account development. Identify, target and win new clients through proactive business development. Grow and develop existing accounts, building long-term, value-driven relationships. Spot commercial opportunities and open new revenue streams within your market. Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned to wider business objectives. Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support key accounts. Operate with autonomy while maintaining focus on targets, margins, and commercial outcomes.
