This is a full-time, work from home role and to be considered for the Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) – you must have: Current active government SC (Security Check) clearance Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience of M365 products Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops Solid support skills with Windows 11 Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essentialThis is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune - White Glove) contract focused on M365 and VIP user support. You’ll be supporting users remotely at 2nd line, helping them as part of a Google to M365 migration. You’ll work with Windows 11, M365, Intune.
