International Payroll Lead

A super exciting & rare opportunity has arisen working for a large services company. This is a permanent role and will be a blend of project work and BAU payroll processing -as the International Payroll Lead, you will have full responsibility for the UK & International payroll function. This role will allow candidates to bring their experience to the role & really make a difference! Day to day responsibilities will be: Project management & delivery of a UK payroll hub for multiple international payrolls (including the UK) Lead on the implementation & integration of international payrolls Work with in country stakeholders & domestic stakeholders Deliver to project timescales & communicate to wider business on progress Look at work force and understand where recruitment hires need to happen Work with stakeholders to look at skills set & knowledge needed A heavily remote working model is available with this role along with a superb salary and benefits package.
