With a strong order book and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with genuine permanent opportunities available. If you have experience in joinery, caravan manufacturing, modular construction, shop fitting, assembly or production environments, we would like to hear from you. The Role Building and assembling high-quality modular units Using hand and power tools Working from measurements and technical drawings Supporting various stages of the production process Working as part of an established production teamShift Patterns Days Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm Nights Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm - 1:30am Friday: 4:30pm - 12:30am What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience within joinery, manufacturing or construction Confidence using hand and power tools A reliable and committed approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own transport essential due to site locationWhat's On Offer Competitive rates of pay Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Modern indoor working environment Structured induction and training Long-term work with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities On-site canteen and welfare facilitiesNight shift candidates will complete an initial training period on days.
