CLASS 1 DRIVERS REQUIRED - TRAMPERS OR DAY MEN WITH POSSIBLE NIGHTS OUT

Based from BALLYMONEY or BELFAST We are seeking energetic and reliable CLASS 1 DRIVERS to join our dynamic transportation team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of loads including Curtainsider, flatbeds, and lowloader work.

As a key player in our logistics operations, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of freight across diverse routes within Ireland.

Allocated vehicle - unless lorry is up for MOT so not chopping and changing.

*Duties*

* Safely operate Class 1 commercial vehicles
* Ensuring timed deliveries to the best that road conditions allow.
* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
* Follow planned routes accurately while adapting to traffic conditions to meet delivery schedules.
* Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
* Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery statuses, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road.

*Requirements*

* Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery.
* Experience of tramper work is desirable but not strictly a deal breaker.
* Good geographical knowledge of Ireland. xwzovoh
* Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and transportation.
* Candidates with previous delivery driver experience and ADR certifications will stand out.

Pay: £33,500.00-£47,000.00 per year
