The Role

You’ll conduct virtual consultations with warm inbound leads interested in our premium aligner systems and advanced composite bonding treatments.

Your role is simple:

Build excitement.

Build trust.

Understand their goals.

And guide them towards the smile they’ve always wanted.

This is consultative sales at a premium level.

You’ll become an expert at helping patients emotionally connect with the transformation they’re about to make — while earning exceptionally well in the process.



What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conducting virtual consultations with warm inbound leads
  • Explaining premium smile makeover treatments
  • Building genuine rapport and trust with patients
  • Converting enquiries into high-value treatment journeys
  • Managing the patient journey from enquiry to conversion
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Working within a high-performance sales culture



The Package£35,000 Basic SalaryRealistic OTE: £65,000–£85,000+
