Location: Huddersfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + OTE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join a growing business within the print and packaging industry based in Huddersfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong client relationship skills and a background in print, packaging, manufacturing, or a fast-paced sales environment who is looking to develop their career with a well-established company.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth and additional business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
• Handling client enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Coordinating projects with production and design teams
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and generate new business
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth
• Maintaining accurate customer records and account information

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple projects xwzovoh and deadlines
• Proactive, driven, and commercially aware
• Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
