40 hour week.

What we're looking for in the perfect Head Chef
Someone who has the ability to put their 'Stamp' on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you - equiptment you need and your menu with no strings attached. Equally you will be well versed and have the ability to work alongside the Restaurant Manager and create something beautiful.
