About the role
We are partnering with a fast growing, highly respected Beauty and Cosmetics brand that has built a strong presence across the UK retail market. Known for their innovative products, strong retailer partnerships, and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join their commercial team and help drive continued success across key retail accounts.
55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Hybrid Working
London – Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home or Remote for the right person)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of key UK retail accounts within the beauty and wellness space. Working closely with senior leadership and internal teams, your main focus will be driving growth across major national retailers while strengthening long term commercial partnerships.
Account Management: Managing and growing key national retail accounts including retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Asda, or similar major UK accounts.
Commercial Strategy: Building and delivering joint business plans that drive sales growth, profitability, and increased brand presence across your accounts.
Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with key retail buyers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial partner to your customers.
Sales Analysis & Forecasting: Monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends and retailer data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Promotions & Launches: Leading promotional planning, new product launches, and trade marketing activity to maximise visibility and sell through.
Working closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and senior leadership teams to ensure successful execution across all retail activity.
Managing commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, forecasting, and annual trading agreements.
Previous experience as a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness industry.
Strong experience managing major UK retail accounts such as Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Asda, or similar large scale national retailers.
A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful retail partnerships.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial, or high growth brand environment would be highly advantageous.
