They are hiring a commercially sharp Head of Sales to take ownership of their B2B revenue function. Own the full sales P&L and deliver consistent, scalable B2B revenue growth Build a clear, targeted sales strategy Lead high‑value strategic deals with major consumer brands and organisations Open new sectors and reduce reliance on legacy accounts Improve outreach quality, conversion rates and commercial thinking Commercial Development Pipeline & Sales Operations Build a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM adoption Introduce consistent reporting, metrics and performance tracking Act as the senior commercial voice in the business Work closely with founders across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays ~ Hybrid Working 1-2x pw Proven experience as Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment Strong track record of winning new business, not just managing accounts Demonstrable experience managing and developing a sales team Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and deal‑structuring expertise Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline Data‑driven mindset with comfort around forecasting and performance metrics
