Telephone Sales Account Manager - Home Based

Sales Account Manager Location: Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Account Manager, to join an established client in the Sheffield area. You will be responsible for leading the Fabrication Department, driving profitable sales growth, owning technical and commercial risk, and ensuring quality, delivery, and process discipline. This role acts as the single point of accountability for Fabrication performance, bridging commercial strategy, technical validation, and operational delivery. Overall sales performance and profitability of the Fabrication division Define and drive the Fabrication sales strategy in line with business objectives Develop and maintain key customer relationships and strategic accounts Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, capacity alignment, and workload balance Lead, develop, and support Sales Executives and Technical Processors Be confident developing new and existing customer relationships Be experienced in engineering / fabrication / manufacturing sales Be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness (margin, risk, delivery realism) Have proven leadership skills, coaching & mentoring
