About the role
- Senior Business Development Manager – B2B Events & Exhibitions (Hybrid)
- Location: Central London / Hybrid Working
- Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Performance Bonus
- Driving new business revenue across exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship and event solutions
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of B2B sales opportunities
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound sales activity
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Growing and nurturing existing client accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
- Working collaboratively with marketing and event teams to support campaign success
- Attending industry events, meetings and networking opportunities where required
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, exhibitions, events, conference or sponsorship sales
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex sales processes and high-value accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, consultative sales approach
- A self-motivated and driven mindset with a passion for winning new business
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Competitive basic salary of £50,000–£60,000

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to join a growing and dynamic B2B Events & Exhibitions business based in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused sales professional with experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, or media sales to take ownership of revenue growth and build strong relationships across key industry sectors.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sponsorship, exhibition, and delegate sales, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships.
