Senior Sales Manager – Drive Growth. Elevate Performance. As Sales Director , you’ll take full ownership of the company’s multi-team sales function, overseeing overall sales performance. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and inspiration to an already high-performing environment, leading from the front while driving commercial growth and strategic improvement. Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets. Oversee all aspects of the property sales cycle, from valuation strategy to offer negotiation. Drive a proactive sales culture focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and profitability. Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and contribute to business-wide strategy and process improvement. You’re not just a sales leader - you’re a catalyst for growth. You combine commercial acumen with people leadership, balancing the discipline of operations with the energy of hands-on sales. Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in property or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of UK property sales, AML, and compliance. Excellent motivational and coaching skills with the ability to inspire buy-in and change. Strategic thinker who can balance short-term results with long-term vision. Experience in fast-sale, hybrid, or online property models.
