Account Manager – Commercial Focus | Renewals & Growth
We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a growing business in the SaaS space that’s investing heavily in its client function.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building commercial relationships, owning renewals, and working in a fast‑paced environment where no two client conversations are the same.
You’ll step into a newly evolving client team and take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, helping clients get maximum value from the partnership while retaining and growing revenue.
What you'll be doing as the Account Manager:
Owning a portfolio of around 50 client accounts
Building proactive, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
Managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations
Identifying opportunities to grow existing revenue
Navigating multiple stakeholders within each account
Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a strong client experience
Using product usage, account activity and commercial insight to guide conversations
To be Successful as the Account Manager, all you need to have is:
Previous experience as a Account Manager, within SaaS, ideally within RecTech or Media Tech
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware and confident negotiating contract with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
