They are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Air, Sea, and Road Freight .
Developing new business in line with agreed commercial targets
Generating opportunities through self-sourced activity, warm leads, and existing networks
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying growth opportunities across customers, services, and trade lanes
Working closely with operational teams to support a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
Company car or car allowance
~28 days holiday plus bank holidays
~ Private healthcare
Proven experience selling Air, Sea, and Road Freight services
Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
