Role: Account Manager
Location: Northampton - Hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Commission
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage existing client relationships and drive new business. You will be the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring they stay happy, renew their contracts, and grow with us.
While this is an office based position, you will also attend events and perform outreach to find and close new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for your portfolio of clients.
- Renewals: Own the full renewal process and hit your retention targets.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services and cross-sell new products.
- New Business: Find fresh leads through networking, events, and cold outreach.
- Data Accuracy: Keep the CRM updated with precise contract and customer info.
- Problem Solving: Work with internal teams to fix customer issues quickly.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B Account Management.
- Performance: A proven track record of hitting sales and retention targets.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel ) and CRM systems.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, great communication, and a sharp eye for detail.
