Channel Manager (Wholesale)

London HQ (fully home-based)

£58–65k + car allowance + bonus + benefits

I’m working with a seriously high-growth, international FMCG challenger operating in the functional drinks and snacking space. The business has scaled rapidly across 40+ markets and continues to deliver standout growth in the UK, making it one of the most exciting brand-led success stories in the category right now

This is a newly created role, driven by ongoing growth, which gives a strong sense of momentum and opportunity.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of a key wholesale channel worth c.£10m, managing major accounts and leading a small team while shaping channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Full P&L ownership of wholesale accounts

✔️ Manage and develop key customers (e.g. Booker, Costco, route-to-market partners)

✔️ Lead and develop a team (3 direct reports)

✔️ Drive growth across wholesale, vending & foodservice channels

✔️ Input into wider commercial and go-to-market strategy
