Join the Team at Ambala! Ambala Foods is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with retail, catering, and wholesale clients. Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including customised and bulk orders;
Actively promote the company’s products to walk-in customers and corporate clients;
Manage the full sales process, from enquiry to order completion and after-sales service;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business;
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently;
Maintain detailed knowledge of all products, ingredients, pricing, and seasonal offerings;
Coordinate with kitchen and production staff to ensure timely fulfilment of orders;
Monitor stock levels;
Process payments and maintain accurate sales records;
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and festive campaigns;
Stay informed about competitor activity and local market trends
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably within food, bakery, or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling customised or event-based orders (e.g., weddings, celebrations) and knowledge of confectionery or bakery products
Experience in sales, foundation of social media marketing;
Basic IT skills for handling sales systems and records

Desired Experience

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: From £33,000 to £42,000 gross per annum
Work Location: In person, on-site.
Work hours: 37.5 hours per week
