National Account Manager
60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus, Car allowance and Benefits
Elevation are partnering with a leading homeware manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and strong retail partnerships. As National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of key high-street and national Grocer accounts, driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering commercial success.
You’ll sit at the centre of commercial strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue and brand presence.
Own and develop strategic relationships with major retail buyers.
Deliver sales growth, margin targets, and joint business plans
Lead range reviews, product launches, and promotional planning
Analyse performance data to spot opportunities and risks early
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional activity
This role suits someone commercially sharp, confident with retailers, and comfortable owning big accounts.
Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role
Strong track record managing large retail accounts
Skilled negotiator with solid commercial awareness
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
