Senior Account Executive-managing Director

An exciting National Account Executive role has been created to join the business growing national accounts team. Working closely with the National Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and growing sales across allocated national accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver outstanding results. Support the National Account Manager in maintaining and growing national account sales Present new product ranges and seasonal collections in an organised and engaging manner Assist with sales analysis, KPI reporting, and identifying commercial opportunities and risks Support seasonal reviews, returns analysis, and account replans Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments and ensure smooth order processing through SAP and production systems Conduct store visits and provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends Support promotional initiatives and seasonal campaigns A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Comfortable analysing sales data and identifying trends Previous experience in sales support, account management, customer service, or a similar commercial role Experience working with retail or national accounts is desirable Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience using SAP or similar systems would be advantageous Willingness to travel for customer meetings, store visits, and trade fairs when required Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE) + bonus By responding to this advert you consent to Cavendish Maine processing the personal data included within this application.
