Sales Manager South Derbyshire £37,000 - £45,000 + Company Car Permanent | Full Time Eaton Syalon are exclusively partnering with a growing business to recruit a driven Sales Manager to join their team across the South Derbyshire region. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, energetic and commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, opening doors and winning new business. We are keen to speak with candidates based in Burton upon Trent, Swadlincote, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and the surrounding areas due to the field based nature of the role. This is not an account management position this is a true hunter role suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers, identifying opportunities and driving business growth. A background within construction, building products, construction recruitment or business development would be highly advantageous, although not essential. Building strong relationships with customers and decision makers Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to closing deals Attending client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities Working closely with the wider BD team to maximise opportunities Maintaining strong levels of customer service and commercial awareness A naturally driven and enthusiastic sales professional Strong communication and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence is essential The role offers excellent long term potential for someone wanting to build a successful sales career within a growing environment.
