This is a strategic growth role focused on developing new B2B opportunities, building strong sector relationships, and delivering security solutions that prevent crime, protect assets, and reduce operational risk. Strong Product Portfolio: Sell proven forensic marking, asset tracking, and asset identification solutions. Professional Development: Continuous development in security technologies and commercial strategy. Identify, target and secure new B2B clients across Retail, Construction, Telecoms and Utilities sectors. Develop and execute sector-specific sales strategies aligned to growth objectives. Generate and convert qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic outreach. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close. Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand client risk profiles, asset exposure and operational challenges. Position Selectamark’s forensic marking, asset tracking and security solutions as measurable crime prevention and loss-reduction tools. Confidently present to Risk and Security Managers, Security Directors, Operations Directors and C-suite decision makers. Sector Relationship Building Develop long-term relationships within key sectors including Retail, Construction, Telecoms and Utilities markets. Attend industry events, trade shows and sector forums to build brand visibility. Act as a trusted advisor on asset protection, theft prevention and security risk mitigation. Own and manage a structured sales pipeline with clear forecasting discipline. Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input Provide insight on competitor activity, emerging risks and sector trends. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing commercial accounts. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex commercial environments. Experience working with or selling into Retail, Construction, Telecoms or Utilities sectors. Strong negotiation, pricing and contract management skills. You understand risk, compliance and operational drivers within enterprise environments. Highly proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
