This is a client services-led role within a fast-paced, growing agency. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns across content, paid social, TikTok Shop, and digital activity. Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts • Coordinating internal creative, social, and paid teams to deliver campaigns effectively • Managing projects across TikTok Shop, content, paid social, and digital campaigns • Taking briefs, managing workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope • Ensuring projects are well organised, commercially aware, and aligned to client goals You’ll be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a background in a creative, social, or digital agency. Most importantly, you must have previous experience working with TikTok Shop campaigns or clients within an agency environment, even if this hasn’t been in a hands-on capacity. Experience in an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role within an agency • Previous experience working with TikTok Shop campaigns or clients is essential • Strong understanding of social content, paid social, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns • Confident client-facing communicator with strong relationship-building skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • A genuine interest in creative, social, and digital marketing Get in touch for a chat!
