We’re working with a specialist manufacturing technology business supplying advanced CNC machinery into sectors including aerospace, medical, electronics, prototyping, and precision engineering. They’re looking for a proactive, commercially curious Business Development Executive to help grow awareness, identify opportunities, and bring new customers into the sales pipeline. This is not a hard-sell telesales role. It’s about intelligent outreach, relationship-building, research, persistence, and learning how high-value technical sales really works. Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns Generating qualified sales opportunities for the CNC sales team Building relationships with manufacturing and engineering businesses across the UK Supporting customer visits, open days, and showroom demonstrations Keeping CRM records accurate and organised Internal Sales Sales Support Engineering Sales Manufacturing account management Commercial awareness ✅ An interest in engineering, manufacturing, automation, CNC, or technical products would be highly beneficial - but attitude and drive are more important than industry experience.
