Senior Business Development Manager (creative/branding/design agency background required) Hybrid £We’re looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Senior Business Development Manager to join a leading independent brand strategy and design consultancy in London. This is a pivotal role within the Growth team, leading inbound new business opportunities while helping shape the agency’s market presence, reputation, and pipeline strategy. Managing and qualifying inbound opportunities through the sales pipeline • Supporting outbound lead generation and proactive business development activity • Planning and delivering targeted new business events and activations • Helping shape marketing themes and messaging aligned to market opportunities Proven business development experience within a creative agency, branding, strategy, or design environment. • Strong understanding of brand, strategy, and design disciplines • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills • This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected creative consultancy and play a key role in shaping its future growth.
