Senior Account Manager Social-First Creative Agency Hybrid £An award-winning, social-first creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager. Lead day-to-day management of 3–5 client accounts across home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands, acting as the main strategic point of contact Develop and own monthly social strategies, content plans and platform recommendations aligned with each brand's business objectives Direct content production across shoots, creators, photographers and videographers in collaboration with the in-house production team Monitor and report on social performance, translating platform data and campaign learnings into actionable insights Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, creatively ambitious agency culture Previous agency experience is essential - strong understanding of account management structures, workflows and how agencies operate commercially Proven track record managing social-first content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and broader platforms A genuine passion for home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships Strong visual eye, natural sense of taste and platform-native creative instincts Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and moving parts simultaneously Genuinely passionate about social media and what makes content perform — comfortable creating a reel 45,000–£50,000 depending on experience ~25 days holiday + your birthday off every year ~ Paid community day to support a cause that matters to you ~ Regular team socials, creative inspiration days and seasonal celebrations ~ Genuine career development as the agency grows - this is a meaningful hire, not a backfill Location & Workplace Policy Hybrid working: in the office Tuesday and Thursday (plus shoot days), with 2–3 days WFH flexibility Permanent, full-time role If you would like a confidential chat about this role, please email me on maddy.Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 32 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
