The Strategic Account Executive will drive new revenue growth by acquiring enterprise clients and managing key relationships to ensure long-term success. This is a new business–focused role with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while engaging senior stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions. Drive new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle with a strong focus on new logo wins Develop strategic account plans aligned to client needs and business objectives Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption Proven track record in enterprise consultative sales within a software or technology environment Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term growth Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level deployments Understanding of the EMEA enterprise market and workforce development landscape Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Fluent in English Hybrid working model Healthcare and dental plans Employee wellbeing assistance programme Cycle-to-work scheme and gym discounts Retail and leisure discounts .
