The Paid Social Account Manager will take ownership of high-value ecommerce advertising campaigns while leading a small team and shaping the strategic direction of paid social activity across a portfolio of clients. Lead Paid Social strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients – Manage and mentor 1–2 Paid Social Executives to maximise performance – Drive campaign planning, optimisation, testing, and measurement – Present insights, strategy updates, and performance reviews to clients – Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to scale spend Deep understanding of Paid Social strategies within ecommerce environments – Confident client communication and presentation skills – Commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into strategy – Hybrid working model with flexibility built into the culture – Opportunity to lead strategy for recognised ecommerce brands –
