About the role

A global SaaS company, having had continued phases of growth is looking to expand their UK sales team by hiring an experienced Account Director. If you have a background in SaaS start-up/scale-up environments with a proven track record in managing mid-market to lower enterprise accounts then this could be your next role. Here you will be managing some of their most high-profile existing customers and be responsible for retaining and expanding the annual revenue across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Retain and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through strong relationships and strategic account planning. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue within set portfolio. Collaborate with customer success and professional services teams to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction. Leverage data to monitor account health and identify areas for expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving long-term customer success. What we’re looking for: ~6+ years of experience in account management or customer success (with a focus on cross sell/upsell and retention). ~ Must have experience working for a SaaS company - non negotiable. ~ Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in enterprise environments ~ Autonomous worker, comfortable in a remote working environment. ~ Previous experience within a start-up/scale-up company is highly advantageous. ~ Commercial acumen and experience driving account annual revenue. ~ Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to account planning ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with various teams within the company and your customers.
