Job Details:
Pay: £28,000 - £36,400 per annum depending on experience
Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 42.5-hour week
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: Standard pension, 28 days holiday, free parking, overtime paid at x1.5
Job Role: As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for ensuring all metal surfaces are properly prepared prior to painting. Your work will involve sanding, grinding, and polishing various components, operating blasting equipment, and applying primers to achieve a high-quality finish. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with great attention to detail and experience in surface preparation and spraying.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Experience in surface preparation techniques
Skilled in sanding, grinding, polishing, and blasting
Confident using hand tools and surface prep machinery
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
NVQs in vehicle repair (any level)
NVQs in Engineering disciplines
