Ideal Experience & Passion Deputy Manager
Previous management experience within hospitality, leisure, bars, or restaurants or cinemas
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong people management and team development skills
Comfortable leading xwzovoh busy services and high-volume operations
Commercially aware with understanding of labour, stock, and service standards
Hands-on leadership style with great communication skills
Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused attitude
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
