Stunning B&I site in the heart of the city catering for 1500 covers daily via a comprehensive breakfast and lunch offering is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their team. The offer consists of street food counters, bistro counter, extensive hot and cold grab n go, salad bars, protein bars, international stations, speciality days and take overs from well known brands. A dynamic, exciting fresh food environment with a people centric approach. This is a Monday to Friday operation working for a boutique contract caterer with a reputation for excellence.
The Role
Key Senior Chef de Partie responsibilities will include: - Leading a section in this busy kitchen - Training and mentoring junior chefs - Managing orders and stock rotation - Contributing to menu development - Maintining all Health and Safety standards The Candidate
- Experience working in high quality kitchens - Comfortable working to high volumes at pace - Passionate about all things food, eager to continue to learn and develop - Highly organised and able to work to deadlines - Flexible and dynamic - able to think on their feet Senior Chef de Partie Salary
