The Role An experienced AI Engineer is required for an Outside IR35 contract. This is a hands-on role building greenfield AI systems for enterprise clients. The successful candidate will design and deploy practical applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Building agentic AI workflows and LLM-driven applications.
Designing RAG systems, vector retrieval pipelines, and knowledge bases.
Developing document intelligence and data extraction tools.
Creating backend services and integrating AI into existing business processes via APIs.
Delivering both client-facing enterprise projects and internal product features.
Required Skills & Experience
Active SC Clearance.
8+ years of Python engineering.
5+ years of Node.js / TypeScript engineering.
4+ years of applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Proven experience shipping reliable backend systems and APIs.
Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, and vector databases.
Strong grasp of retrieval techniques, chunking, embeddings, and system evaluation.
