About you Minimum of three years' experience in a similar finance support role Proven working knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software Strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient IT skills, particularly within Office 365 including MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (basic formulas) A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn new skills Adaptable, proactive, and committed to process improvement What you'll do Process and pay supplier invoices efficiently and accurately Raise purchase orders in adherence to procurement policies Manage staff expense claims weekly Maintain electronic filing systems for all financial documentation Handle customer invoicing and daily xwzovoh bank receipt postings Reconcile bank accounts and address queries from customers and suppliers promptly Provide general administrative and financial support to the team Collaborate with colleagues to enhance financial processes and find efficiencies For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jamie Gault in the strictest confidence.
