A well-established property organisation is seeking a Residential Property Manager (Leasehold) to join its team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager looking to step up into a broader portfolio management role, on the client-side.
The Role You will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 residential schemes, primarily low-rise leasehold blocks alongside a number of freehold houses.
The portfolio is considered straightforward and well-maintained.
Working as part of a small property team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the portfolio and provide a high level of service to residents and leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of residential blocks and freehold properties Managing resident and leaseholder queries Organising repairs, maintenance, and contractor works Carrying out regular site inspections Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained Supporting major works and Section 20 processes where required About You Experience within residential block/property management Understanding of leasehold management Strong communication and organisational skills Able to manage multiple priorities effectively Professional and customer-focused approach The Team You will report into senior management and work alongside an established team within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Package £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience 2-year fixed-term contract Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home Full-time position This role would suit someone with 1-3 years' experience looking to progress from an Assistant Property Manager position. xwzovoh
