Position: Primary TeacherLocation: Cambian Red Rose School, Preston, LancashireHours: 40 hours per week, term time onlySalary: Up to £42,000 per annum (DOE)
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and resilient Primary Teacher to join our specialist SEMH provision at Cambian Red Rose School. You will deliver engaging, accessible and personalised lessons to pupils who are unable to access mainstream education, supporting them to re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful progress.
About the School
Cambian Red Rose School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school supporting up to 35 students aged 8–18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our approach combines high expectations with a deep understanding of individual needs, enabling pupils to succeed both academically and personally.
Requirements:
- Teaching qualifications and relevant teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and adaptive teaching strategies.
- Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Resilience and adaptability in a challenging but highly rewarding environment.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve in their own way.
